When you request a report we collect your website address, your city, the services you want compared, and your email address. We use them to prepare and send that report, and for nothing else. The legal basis is the step you asked us to take.
Prices we compare come from price lists providers publish on their own public websites. That is business information about a company, not personal data about a person.
We do not sell your data, we do not share it with other customers, and we do not tell any provider what another provider charges beyond what they could read themselves on a public page.
Requests reach us through Telegram, which is how we are notified of them. The site runs on Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not run advertising trackers and we do not set cookies for analytics.
Request details are kept while we prepare your report and for up to twelve months afterwards, so we can answer questions about it. Ask us to delete them earlier and we will.
Under the GDPR you may ask what we hold about you, correct it, have it deleted, or object to our using it. Write to hello@rivalrates.com; we answer within a month. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate.
